PharmaMitra Account Deletion

PharmaMitra users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email drupal786@gmail.com from the email address registered with PharmaMitra.
2. Use the subject “PharmaMitra account deletion request”.
3. Include your registered mobile number and business name. Do not email passwords, OTPs, identity documents or payment credentials.

We will verify ownership, acknowledge the request and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days.

Data deleted or anonymised

Profile details, active sessions, optional uploaded documents, notification preferences and other personal data that is no longer required to provide the service will be deleted or anonymised.

Data that may be retained

Orders, invoices, tax records, payment records, product batch traceability, fraud-prevention logs and regulatory audit records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate dispute-resolution needs. Access to retained records remains restricted.
